As Avril is super busy helping so many people from more than 61 countries all around the planet, she is absolutely unavailable to speak to clients or students by sms or phone, outside of booked appointments or class times for students. She still does her very best to reply to personal emails as quickly as possible, but due to the volume of messages she receives, this can sometimes take up to 7 days or longer.
